1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the tk1976 website, mobile interface, or any application made available by tk1976, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. Key principles include: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; in-play bets are accepted subject to live data accuracy; bets placed after an event result has been determined — whether or not the result was publicly known at the time — are void; and tk1976 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at any time for any reason.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
You may request closure of your tk1976 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, tk1976 will process the closure within one business day and return any verified, withdrawable balance to your nominated payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to compliance checks.
tk1976 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable account information.
- Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against tk1976 without prior good-faith attempt to resolve the matter through support.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Discovery that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a person other than the registered account holder.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tk1976 staff or other players.
Where an account is suspended or closed by tk1976 due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a serious breach has occurred — including but not limited to fraud, age misrepresentation, or money laundering — tk1976 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full in accordance with applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
tk1976 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tk1976 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond tk1976's reasonable control — including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures — may cause temporary unavailability of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1976's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no circumstances shall tk1976 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tk1976's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you have a dispute with tk1976 that cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with full details of your complaint. tk1976 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and to provide a full written response within 14 business days. tk1976's decision on any complaint is final and binding subject only to the rights you may have under applicable law.
